Stocksbridge Junior School

On Monday 4th June we could choose a class to go in for two days. There was : dream catchers, paintings, models, masks, and much more. Every teacher had a different country, so that they could learn us different art. In Miss Davy’s class, the country was France, we were painting the sunflowers by Van Gogh and wierd people, which had pointy lips, painted by Pablo Picasso.

For Creative Arts Week 2007  we spent 3 days in our classes learning about India, then for the other two days we got to choose which teacher we went to - each was looking at a different country.

Do you think Van Gogh had to hold his own flowers?
